一、先將取下來(lái)的木材劈成木片，在使用鋼鋸切割的時(shí)候，多會(huì)破壞掉木頭本身的年輪和纖維，所以在制造過程中必 須是用人工斧劈，并經(jīng)過細(xì)磨成為表面平整的木板，這是將散酒木酒桶制造好的基礎(chǔ)；

二、時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，對(duì)木材進(jìn)行干燥處理。橡木片在制做前必 須置于室外，這個(gè)過程主要為了增加橡木的防水性，還可以對(duì)單寧的澀味進(jìn)行弱化；

五、檢驗(yàn)，將散酒木酒桶蓋上蓋子進(jìn)行密封檢驗(yàn)，檢測(cè)合格之后便可以把散酒木酒桶進(jìn)行藝術(shù)加工處理，投入到市場(chǎng)當(dāng)中。
